When you join Hydra Health and Wellness , you will see a primary care provider who treats far fewer patients. This means your health care provider will have time to deliver more personalized, preventive care.
Each year your Hydra Health and Wellness provider will perform our wellness program, which includes tests, screenings and diagnostics that goes beyond what is typically covered by insurance or Medicare. The results of this additional testing along with one-on-one counseling with your provider will be used to create a custom wellness plan for you.

Adult Membership
$150 per month (3 month commitment)
Membership fees allow for convenient and direct access to our provider and her staff with no appointment OR co-pays.
Pediatric Membership
$50 per visit
With a parent member, no monthly membership fee required for pediatric patients. (No longer able to accept pediatric patients without a parent member.)
Additional Info: Upon enrollment, members pay a one time registration fee of $50/patient or $100 per family.
